The NetGalley Book Tag

Recently, I found myself tagged by the lovely Cora over at Tea Party Princess to take part in the NetGalley Book Tag. Now, I don’t actually use NetGalley (I know, I’m the worst kind of book blogger but I can”t work out how to use it) but I loved the questions so I’m doing it anyway!
Auto-Approved: Who is one author whose books you automatically want to read, regardless of what they are about?
Angela Carter or Margaret Atwood – I’m slowly working my way through their work and haven’t been let down yet!
Request: What makes you want to request a book?
I have to admit that I am a sucker for a pretty cover when I’m sent press releases! That and word of mouth.
Feedback Ratio: Do you review every book you read? If not, how do you decide what books to review?
I don’t. I only review books that I like and love. In fact, only things that I enjoy full stop make it to This Northern Gal.  Last year, I wrote a whole post about this for Steph which you can find here.
Badges: If you could create one badge to display on your blog, what would it be for?
Probably for least-up-to-date reader. I am the worst when it comes to new releases.
Wish For It: What’s one book you’re absolutely dying to read?
I keep seeing the proofs for The Priory of the Orange Tree everywhere and I desperately want to  read it for myself!
2018 NetGalley Challenge: What was the last book that you received as an ARC that you reviewed? If you’ve never received an ARC, what’s the last book you reviewed?
My latest ARC is How to be a Grown Up by Daisy Buchanan and I am loving it!
If you have a go at the tag, let me know!
